Hello and welcome to our website. I have been working as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 15 years in the KW area. I entered the profession after being involved in a car accident 20 years ago and have not looked back. I have an extensive history of competitive cycling, nordic skiing and now enjoy the occasional canoe trip and home renovation project.

We cater to clients of all ages including children, adults and seniors. Our services include a variety of techniques that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries.

As part of our service, we will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.
